Integrated psychotherapy at the pace of a nervous system.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, nervous system science, and the real texture of modern people's lives. It weaves together several modalities — chosen with you, not applied to you.
- · Nine integrated modalities
- · The C.A.L.M. Framework
- · How a first session moves
Polyvagal-informed care
Understanding why your body responds the way it does under stress — and how to help it settle.
Somatic awareness
Working with the body's signals, not just the story the mind is telling.
Breathwork
Practical tools to regulate in real time, in real life.
Attachment theory
How your earliest relationships still shape your current ones — and what to do with that.
Narrative therapy
Rewriting the story you're carrying about who you are and what's possible.
Emotion regulation
Building capacity to feel without being consumed.
Mindfulness
Present-moment attention as a clinical skill, not a wellness slogan.
Micro-habits
The smallest change that survives your actual week.
Evidence-based care
Everything we do is grounded in what research tells us actually helps.
The C.A.L.M. Framework
Countering Anxiety by Leveraging Micro-habits.
C.A.L.M. is a practical framework for people who already know what they "should" do, but can't figure out why it never sticks. Most anxiety is not a knowledge problem. It is a nervous system problem, held in place by patterns that were once useful and now cost too much.
We do not fight the anxiety. We counter it with small, repeated actions that regulate the body first, then retrain the mind. Each micro-habit is chosen for your life, not a wellness trend. That is how sustainable change becomes real.
Countering
Noticing the spiral before it takes over. We name the worry loop, the worst-case wiring, and the body signals that show up before the mind catches up.
Anxiety
Your anxiety is not a defect. It is data about what matters, what feels unsafe, and what needs tending. We learn to hear it without being ruled by it.
Leveraging
One tiny, repeatable action that actually survives your week. We design practices so small they feel possible, even on hard days.
Micro-habits
Sustainable change is built through consistency, not intensity. We anchor each micro-habit to your real life so it becomes automatic, not performative.
"Small, consistent action outperforms bursts of intensity every single time — and it's kinder to the person doing the work."
